Important: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days after a valid refund claim is submitted and approved. If there is no refund or cancellation policy for a particular event or service, it will be clearly mentioned at the time of registration or purchase.

Refund Process

Step 1: Submit Request

To request a refund, please email us at it@osb.org.bd with your payment details and reason for the request.

Step 2: Verification

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the BVRS finance team. We will review your request and respond accordingly.

Step 3: Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 working days for approved refunds to be credited to your account.

Exceptions

Refunds Are NOT Provided For:

Cancellations made after the event date - Once an event has passed, refunds cannot be issued.
No-shows - If you register for an event but do not attend, refunds will not be provided.

Event-Specific Policies: Specific events may have their own refund or cancellation policies, which will be clearly mentioned on the event page. Please review these before registration.
